The River House - Portland, Oregon

The River House is situated on a steep wooded site overlooking the Willamette River south of Portland, Oregon. Our Client requested to have unobstructed views of the river and out to the golf course beyond. The east façade conceptually opens to powerful natural aspects of the site. Daylight is controlled as it passes through the houses exterior windows to enhance a dramatic interior visual effect and mood .
